Aegis Buys Finnish Digital Agency White Sheep

By David Kaplan - Mon 07 Jan 2008 06:15 PM PST

UK media buying firm Aegis Group has acquired Finland’s White Sheep, a provider of web development and digital creative production services. Financial terms were not disclosed. White Sheep will be folded into Aegis’ search marketing network Isobar and re-branded as Suddenly Helsinki. The five-year-old company will join Isobar’s other “Suddenly” brand’s offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Gothenberg and Copenhagen. The acquisition comes on the heels of Aegis’ purchase of search engine marketer Extenseo from Belgacom’s digital media unit Skynet, which was announced at the end of December.
