-- ITV (LSE: ITV) Bingo: ITV will let viewers play its new Bingo Night Live gameshow over the internet. The broadcaster enlisted interactive gaming vendor Mirada to power the online portion of the five-nights-a-week show, hosted by Melinda Messenger. The show airs at midnight Tuesday to Saturday in place of the call-TV shows scuppered by Britain’s premium-rate TV scandals, but online play will be free. RNS announcement.

-- RTÉ: Ireland’s RTÉ broadcaster has launched RTÉ News Now, a 24/7 video news service with up to 10 live daily bulletins from its two main TV channels. It will also host its regular current affairs shows. RTÉ identified that news is the most popular part of its entire website. Via DM Europe.
