Digital Video Production Firm IndelibleTV Bought by Interactive Agency Channel7Media

London-based interactive agency Channel7Media has bought New York City-based video production company IndelibleTV, to help build out online video capabilities for its clients. IndelibleTV’s client list includes AOL (NYSE: TWX), ABC and Virgin Media (NSDQ: VMED). With this acquisition, the company will work to create content, develop apps and place video online as well as help expand the video firm’s offering into promotional and training videos for the corporate and broadcast market, reports BrandRepublic. C7M has been working with clients such as MySpace, ITV (LSE: ITV), and others.
