Tomb Raider maker SCi has added Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group president Kevin Tsujihara to its board as a non-executive director, as per terms of Warner’s £15 million April investment in the games outfit, Thomson reports. Warner raised its stake in the London company to 20 percent to become the second-largest shareholder after the total £60 million investment, securing distribution rights for SCi titles in the US, Canada and Mexico. From the other investor, Robert Tchenguiz’s investment vehicle R20 Ltd, Aaron Brown is also named a non-executive director.
