Damian Reece, City editor at the Daily Telegraph, will become business editor across all three titles; each will still also maintain separate City editors. Iain Martin, currently deputy editor at the Sunday Telegraph, will become group executive editor, writes the Press Gazette.

-- Library House: The Cambridge-based source of online information about fast-growing, innovative European companies has appointed Andrea Favale as SVP, head of product. He will be tasked with expanding the outfit’s range of products, which includes VenturePedia, an 8,000-entry database chronicling the daily movements investments and other deals undertaken by European tech companies. Favale had previously worked for FT Group’s Mergemarket online financial intelligence provider and was MD of Wealthmonitor.
