Luxury Shopping Community BuyVIP Funded By Bertelsmann

Two-year-old German, Spanish and Italian luxury shopping community BuyVIP has received a further round of investment of an undisclosed size from Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments, 3i and Molins Capital Inversión. The site retails branded fashion, got a €7 million round last year from backers including 3i and claimed €12 million revenue in H108, writes Christopher Pommerening, a partner at ACP, which advised on the deal.
