T-Mobile Germany’s IPhone Blunder

By James Quintana Pearce - Thu 19 Jul 2007 02:47 AM PST

T-Mobile Germany put up a page on the iPhone, and although they took it down quickly there’s still screencap evidence… Of course, this is not a confirmation that T-Mobile will offer the service—there have been rumors of iPhone being sold through just about every major operator in Europe. “T-Mobile won’t comment on the affair, but either it knows it will soon be offering the Iphone in Germany or someone’s been counting his chickens while they’re still curled up snugly in their eggs” notes the Inquirer. It’s generally accepted that Apple wants to go with a single operator throughout Europe, so T-Mobile in Germany equates to T-Mobile elsewhere. A screencap is up on Engadget.
