Last year, those payments were largely waived, and the total fell to £95 million.” Interviewed, UK CEO Kevin Russell counters a mast-sharing agreement with T-Mobile could cut network running costs by 20 percent, but he rules out a home broadband strategy like competitors have: “If you try and do everything the real danger is you come up short on a lot.”
