Independent News and Media (INM), owner of UK’s Independent newspaper and the Irish Independent newspaper, has snapped up Irish property site PropertyNews.com for an undisclosed sum.
The deal also includes the acquisition of the PropertyNews monthly newspaper and is subject to regulator approval.
