Two European mobile media technology companies have merged: Atchik, a French mobile applications provider, has merged with Realtime, a Danish company specialising in mobile services and portals, to form the new company Atchik-Realtime.
The two companies expect to have a total 2005 turnover of about 15 million Euros.
