Adult and gaming mobile content company Waat Media has bought our German mobile gaming company Charismatix. Rationale of the deal? an Aaron, President/CEO of WAAT Media, said the platform technologies from Charismatix will help in “expanding our current offering and fully integrating our new services including Video Chat onto the operator’s portal. Charismatix is also a strategic move for us as we expand our product offering to include applications such as mobile web dating and video chat, a portfolio of branded poker and casino games and other late night entertainment programming.”
Founded in 2002, Charismatix is a developer of java games and entertainment products for mobile devices.
